Heather Ralston, LMT, MFRT, YT200, offers “intuitive bodywork” – this work goes beyond just massage therapy. Advanced Myofascial Release therapy, which is not practiced solely by massage therapists, involves unwinding the patterns of tension we have accumulated through decades of guarding and holding – we learn to let go of what we don’t need to hang onto anymore. In addition to this style of work, Heather practices Hawaiian Lomilomi, a rhythmic dance-like technique which includes elements similar to EMDR, stimulating opposite sides of the brain simultaneously to release emotional patterns and allow the body to release as a result. Heather may also incorporate neuromuscular therapy, massage cupping, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage techniques.
Also offered are holistic yoga classes- these classes are suitable for beginners and those who want to deepen their practice by learning the true intention of this wellness and wholeness system, including breathwork and meditation. Heather’s style of yoga also incorporates a bodywork perspective, helping students to release their own tension patterns through techniques that mimic bodywork.
Located inside Valley Fitness, the studio space is not ADA compliant as is on the second floor. A waiting area and restrooms are available upon entering through the Guest Entrance.

★★★★★I have seen Heather multiple times now for Myofascial work. Heather’s technique reflects her extensive bodywork education as well as her deep wisdom. She is fully present to my body and what I would benefit from therapeutically. The second the treatment begins I have a sense of being in a safe and healing experience. I also appreciate what she shares to help me better understand contributing factors and self care therapeutic options to take home with me.
