Featured Listings have three major benefits on the Home Page. First, when their category is selected, they sort first. Second, they display a "Featured" ribbon. Finally, Featured Listings can activate additional fields - image gallery, videos, and more. These benefits enhance the ability of your listing to attract attention, which in turn should attract click throughs.
