We are a family-owned small business specializing in mobile butchering and processing. We believe that all animals deserve respectful and ethical treatment which starts with an stress-free last day and ends with a high quality product. We process poultry, sheep, goats, pigs and cattle from your livestock which we will cut and package to your specifications. We also offer processing, cooler hanging, and dry aging of wild game, big or small.
